Hi, my name is Ginny,

and if I weren’t so good at my job, I’d be a personality hire!

Oof, yeah, I cringed too. In all seriousness, though, I’m a Product Designer with over 11 years of professional experience spanning both the public and private sectors. I’ve worked with companies and organizations including the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, Cash Money Records, Johns Hopkins Medicine, Etihad Airways, Exelon, and Deloitte. My diverse background reflects my versatility and adaptability. I’m a people-oriented designer with proven leadership skills and expertise in cross-functional collaboration. Currently, I work as a Product Designer and Researcher at Fearless, based in Baltimore.

  • I am passionate about balancing both form and function in my designs. By employing UX best practices, I ensure that each digital experience I create is inclusive and accessible to everyone.

  • I love asking questions. Recruiting, scheduling, and interviewing people for research is fun for me! I’m adept at discovery, A/B testing, and stakeholder interviews. If there’s a research roadblock, I’ll find a way around it.

  • I specialize in user interaction and rapid prototyping in Figma. I enjoy creating micro-interactions and ensuring every aspect of the user flow is covered. I also provide developers with clear guidelines for how designs should function, saving time and money in the development process.

  • Like many product designers, I started as a graphic designer. So, if you need visual work, or just some general pizazz that aligns with your existing design system, I’ve got you covered.

  • Need someone to make things simple and easy to understand? I’m here to help. I turn complex ideas into clear, plain language and ask the right questions so your users don’t have to.

  • Need someone to mentor junior designers or step in seamlessly when a project manager unexpectedly goes MIA? (Yes, it happens!) Look no further. I thrive on keeping teams aligned, ensuring clear communication, and making sure no one is ever left in the dark. With a proactive approach and a knack for problem-solving, I’m the steady hand your project needs to stay on track and succeed.

So what do I do?

What people are saying:

“If you ever need advice for how you can make the people around you feel valued, included, and at ease, you should talk to Ginny. By approaching every situation as her authentic self and constantly shining a light on others, she’s created spaces where mutual support and authentic collaboration are the norm. She makes it seem effortless, and it’s impossible not to appreciate her fun, supportive, and generous nature.”

“She is generous with her praise, and is 100% her goofy authentic self in every interaction, whether it be internal team meetings or large-scale share outs to the client. Despite being the main designer on our team’s largest and most complicated project, she doesn’t have any ego. I’ve watched her adapt and change her work patterns and process multiple times in the interest of the best work, and provide effusive praise to others who contribute and work with her.”
